Mental Performance Consultants

I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC #597) within the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). I specialize in executive coaching, leadership training, and sport/performance psychology. My aim is to provide individuals with the mental skills necessary to maximize their performance and overall well-being, whether it is in the area of sports, business, academics, the performing arts, or any other performance domain. I routinely provide mental skills training for NCAA Division I and II athletes, junior college athletes, and youth athletes of all ages, as well as executive coaching and leadership training for business professionals and corporations. I am passionate about providing individuals with the mental tools for success, and aim to help those from any performance based area (sport, business, academics, gaming, first-responders, etc.) succeed and have fun doing it! Currently, I provide mental performance coaching for D1 and D2 athletes, high school and college students, and business executives in the Charlotte area. In the past, I have provided mental performance coaching and consulting for professional athletes, Olympic athletes, UNC Charlotte, Queens University, Wingate University, the Adidas 3 Stripe Select Basketball camps. and business in and around the South Charlotte area of North Carolina.
