Jax and Ethan's Basketball Adventures with the Skywalker is a graphic novel series geared towards ages 8-12. It uses the sport experiences of two young brothers and their legendary grandfather to teach life lessons with a specific focus on developing psychological skills to improve mental health and sport performance. Topics include developing positive mindsets, managing stress and anxiety, making the most of the car ride home, pre-performance routines, and many more. 

 

About Skywalker
